How to get to the Parksville location
|
From Parksville:
turn onto Alberni Highway, turn left on Bellevue Road, and then right on Dobler.
From Nanaimo:
Take exit 51, turn onto Alberni Highway, turn left on Bellevue Road, and then right on Dobler.
From Qualicum Beach:
Take Inland Island Highway south, take the first exit to Parksville,
turn right on Alberni Highway, immediately turn left on Bellevue, and
again right on Dobler.
From Port Alberni:
Turn right on Price, left on Fair, right on Fairdowne, and left on Dobler.

How to get to the Nanaimo location
• If you are coming from south of Nanaimo on the old highway (#1), turn left
at the lights at Milton. (There is a Shell station at that intersection.)
Go to the second traffic lights which is Fitzwilliam St. and turn right.
(RCMP and fire station at intersection). The third street on the right is
Wesley St. Turn right (it is one-way).
• If you are coming from the north on the new highway (#19), follow the signs to the
city centre (left at the second Jingle Pot exit). Jingle Pot turns into Third which
turns into Fitzwilliam. Wesley St. is the third right after the lights at Milton
Street (RCMP and fire station at intersection).

Hours and Rates
- Appointments are available on Mondays and
Tuesdays at the Parksville office and on Sundays at the Nanaimo office.
- Session fee is $90/hour.
- The fee for telephone/email consultation or team meetings is $45/hour.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be billed at full rate.
- There is a charge of $45.00 for sessions cancelled the previous day
(but in less than 24 hours).
- Under special circumstances alternative payment arrangements can be negotiated.

- The focus is on finding creative solutions through empowering the
person. In the treatment of children this at times may require the
participation of both the child and parent.
- My therapeutic practice draws when appropriate from the fields of
art therapy, play therapy, sandplay therapy, cognitive-behavioural
therapy, inner-child work, and body-based therapies (i.e. techniques that
help integrate awareness of emotions and bodily sensations) .
